Rame is currently appointed as the Project Monitor to Apache Capital Partners for The Lexington – its flagship Built to Rent scheme in Liverpool.

The Lexington development forms part of the Peel Group’s £5.5 billion Liverpool Waters regeneration masterplan and overlooks the docks.

The building comprises a 35 storey tower designed by Falconer Chester Hall architects. When complete, it will be the tallest residential building in the city’s Liverpool Waters area.

The scheme comprises 325 apartments all finished to a high specification and designed specifically for the BTR sector. Additionally, there will be 15,000 sq.ft. of dedicated amenity space.

Rame Consulting Limited is currently appointed as the Project Monitor to Apache Capital Partners for its first flagship Built to Rent (BTR) scheme located in Manchester. The scheme will set new quality standards of building design, amenity and services.

The building comprises a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments designed and built specifically for the BTR market.

The scheme comprises a 34 storey tower and two lower wings surrounding a courtyard garden area. It has a dedicated sky lounge at floor seven, offering panoramic views across the Manchester skyline.

Kingsgate Road, Kingston

Rame Consulting Limited is currently appointed as the Project Manager for a joint venture BTR (Built to Rent) scheme between Apache Capital Partners and Investra Capital Partners. The scheme is located in Kingston upon Thames.

Rame Consulting Limited is appointed as Project Manager. The role includes leading the team through pre purchase due diligence and woring with the design team through early design concepts, optioneering and ultimately the pre app and planning application process.

Upon receipt of planning permission the intention is to deliver design towards RIBA Stage 4 for firm price tendering.
