The scheme comprises a 37 storey tower and is located opposite Brindley Place – Birmingham’s award winning canal-side mixed use development.

Rame Consulting Limited is currently appointed as the Project Manager for a joint venture BTR (Built to Rent) scheme between Apache Capital Partners and Investra Capital Partners. The scheme is located in Kingston upon Thames.
Rame Consulting Limited is appointed as Project Manager. The role includes leading the team through pre purchase due diligence and woring with the design team through early design concepts, optioneering and ultimately the pre app and planning application process.
Upon receipt of planning permission the intention is to deliver design towards RIBA Stage 4 for firm price tendering.
