Rame is currently appointed by Gazeley UK Limited to act as its Project Manager for a 100 acre park just off Junction 4 of the M18.
Rame’s involvement included the pre purchase due diligence, leading the team through an EIA planning application; as well as the discreet delivery of the site infrastruture and the phased development of buildings.
Plot A was delivered in summer 2019 comprising 278,852 sq.ft. of highly specified distribution space.
This phase of development also included the plot preparation of Plot B, which can support the development of a single building of up to 606,000 sq.ft. of logistics, with a clear internal height of 21 metres to underside of haunch.
Plot A includes 261,996 sq.ft. of warehouse space and 13,089 sq.ft. of Cat A office space.
The clear height of the building is 15m to underside of haunch.
The site has 65 HGV locations, 175 car parking spaces, and 38 dock locations with full dock facilities. There are also 4 level entry doors.
The buildings will be designed and constructed to meet BREEAM rating Very Good and will have an EPC rating of A.
