Rame Consulting Limited is currently instructed by db symmetry to act as its Project Manager for the development of Symmetry Park, Swindon. The development comprises of approximately 100 acres of agricultural land on which planning permission was delivered for approximately 1.2 million sq.ft. of distribution buildings.

The scheme included the appointment and coordination of an extensive consultant team. The scope of development included archaeological investigations, ecological mitigation, the delivery of a signalised junction and approximately 1km of estate roads; as well as the provision of all services to site including an electrical connection from distance.

Phase 1 also included a first building of 217,000 sq.ft. speculatively developed but let soon after completion.

Rame managed the procurement of the primary electrical connection using an IDNO from a distance of around 6km.
